Mat Hannah is a singer songwriter, band member, and topliner from PEI, Canada. He is the lead singer for the PEI-based band Little Cities, and is currently working on his first EP as a solo artist. Set for release this fall, Hannah’s EP is preceded by the brand new single, “Unlucky.”
The first taste of transitioning from his pop-punk roots to a more pop-oriented sound, “Unlucky” is introspective and honest – grasping at a sense of comfort in a melancholic state. When you’re down on your luck, it’s easy to feel like the whole world is against you, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
