When Neon Indian frontman Alan Palomo wasn’t collaborating with Wayne Coyne and The Flaming Lips over the past year, he apparently spent the winter of 2010 in Helsinki, Finland to record his hotly anticipated follow-up to 2009’s Psychic Chasms. Expect more dreamy synth layers paired with a more focused production and less of that signature tape-warping sound. Denton, TX still has reason to be proud of this Chillwave goldenboy.
