Georgie Keller is a solo artist who hails from South London originally but is constantly between the UK and Germany recording and writing. His musical life started at the age of 10 when he started teaching himself guitar. At 13, he started a band and during this time Georgie quickly picked up drums and singing. He then began writing music for the band until they drifted apart, as the friends moved on after school. But Georgie continued to write music as a solo artist. He built up quite a buzz last year and seems poised for a big breakout in 2018. Today we’re thrilled to premiere the Tom Martin remix of his track “Rings” – streaming below! The remix adds a great punch and attitude to the track, creating an atmosphere that is just plain fun. This one begs to be jammed on full blast.
In his own words:
“This collaboration between Tom Martin and myself is very exciting for me. This remix turns the situation in to even more fun but still ‘not talking rings tonight’! The remix brings a party vibe to the meaning even more so.
This collaboration came about whilst out in Amsterdam writing with the great Tom Martin at cruise control. He showed me some of his past remixes and I was like, ‘damn I need you to remix this track called Rings.’
He had to like to add his mark! It came very quick to him adding a chain smoker vibe.”
