Arkansas artist YB talks with our very own Jessey Alley to discuss his latest music such as ‘Running With God’, ‘Fire Emoji’, ‘Fire Emoji 2’, his faith, and so much more. YB, a christian rapper, recently dropped a new EP PROVISION which emphasizes on his growth in a profound way, particularly intertwining the connection with a higher power in addition to the struggles that are currently happening in the world. With the success came some special attention from Chance The Rapper Praise.
Known for his poignant messages, YB is quickly becoming a force within the faith-based music community. V13 says, “Engaging, spiritual, and optimistic are the three ways you may dscribe hip-hop artist YB.” His music is deeply reflective and empowers listeners. Earmilk adds, “Powerfully continuing the theme of faith, he effortlessly incorporates God and his beliefs through imagery-filled wordplay.”
