Got a really exciting listen of the new single from Meedon called ‘What You Never Had’, ahead of her debut album Purge coming up in August. ‘What You Never Had’ starts off a bit slow, but gives an attitude to start off. Having some rock involved, and with the fuse of her voice created quite a jam with ‘What You Never Had’.
Born from South Korean immigrants, who didn’t supoort her career in music, Meedon is at her most free and theatrical on “What You Never Had,” serving as a great intro to the American singer/songwriter’s creative, art rock-driven headspace as well as a crystalization of her unique sound.
