Currently Residing in Detroit, Michigan, singer, songwriter Michigander has released his latest EP, “Everything Will Be Okay Eventually”, Out Now. His third EP out, features great singles such as ‘Better’ and hits like ‘Let Down’, featured on the video game Fortnite, and ‘OK’. The Indie Rock artist has been on the rise, and began his journey in 2014 when he moved to Kalamazoo. He debuted his first single in 2016 with ‘Ninties’, that cracked over 1 million plays on Spotify, and has taken off from there.
When asked on the new album Singer replyed, “It feels so good to get these songs out into the world,” shares Singer. “I hope five or ten years from now when people listen to these songs, it takes them back to a place and a time where the world was starting to get back some sort of normal. A place where things were starting to heal.”
Jason Singer, Michigander, sat down with the Groundsounds team to discuss his latest album, as well as to talk about everything that is happening in the world with Covid and how it is affecting the way he works around this to still create music. Check out the full interview below!
