“It was written from a dark space and putting it out is a great reflection of the gratitude I feel to no longer be in that mental space. Talking about stuff like that can be difficult and I wanted to poke at some of the stigma that surrounds talking about mental wellness. I feel this video is a great representation of the fact that less can be more, I wanted the lyrics to be the main focus so that the listener can really sit with them and reflect as I have been doing.”
