With the release of his latest album, A Love Letter To You 4, Trippie Redd has skyrocketed to the number 1 spot on the Billboard 200! After the first week sales, which ended on November 30, Trippie was able to push out over 100,000 copies. Online streaming numbers topped out at roughly 125.9 million, crushing all other competition.
What looked like a battle between A Love Letter To You 4 and Jason Aldean’s 9, Trippie’s 4th top 10 album couldn’t be denied the top spot as it was the most streamed album of the week. The top 10 had some major shifts as new releases came to the forefront. There are a couple surprises such as YNW Melly’s album Melly Vs. Melvin hitting the #8 spot and the soundtrack from Frozen II reaching #3. The top 10 rounds out as follows:
