Canadian band Tennyson is the duo of Luke Tennyson and Tess Pretty. They grabbed my attention the second I heard the record and I instantly became a fan! There is such a pure and unique sound from them, the use of percussive instruments to create movement in the song really gets your body moving and head bobbing.
This single has been given to us after their album Different Water released in March of this year. The message behind it, from what I can gather, is that the girl/guy of your dreams may be far away but as long as there is love you can carry on. The song has a very positive vibe and a beautiful use of EDM & pop elements.
