The new Happy Freuds album “Echo of Sounds” is a lot of fun and sounds like the musicians had a great time creating this winner.
There is a 1970s feel to the music but there’s no set genre or one particular style on this record.
The track “Chauncey,” one of the standout songs, is apparently the pick to put to film as there is a video for the work.

If this Spain-based band keeps up at this pace, the guys will be known on the rock circuit.
The band takes pride in proclaiming their music is all “one take” recordings. Some of the music was recorded live and some of the tracks were created in the studio. This band has a chance to gain some regional props and then take their act the the U.S., where there would be a good welcome.
Another track on “Echo of Sounds” that generates a lot of energy is “Song X,” which features great bass lines that carry the song through. It’s the result of a sound that is an unlikely blend of Allman Brothers and Twisted Sister styles.
