Michael P. Cullen asks the question we all want to know: Do You Believe?
That’s the title of the new video, which follows a young woman through the streets of Paris as she wonders her fate.
After all, it’s a dark world out there, and Cullen wants to know where is your faith? Is there any reason to believe in anything or anyone, are you capable of believing? Well apparently even in the City of Lights it is hard to find that spark.
The question “Do You Believe?” is something many people are asking nowadays, but it’s the way that Cullen positions the question that keep us engaged. After all, life is no merry-go-round.
Cullen has a Nick Cave thing going on but it seems he borders on the romantic and has an especially fond place in his heart for Paris. Paris is featured in the latest video and he has been there before in previous work.
Cullen has again come up with a good song, illustrated well with the video and we are excited to hear the music again and again. While Cullen has a flair for the dramatic, it’s good to see someone with passion nowadays, the music is a far cry from the popular Shoegaze genre that is so overbearing in its blandness.
In the video, he beautiful but clearly upset woman is portrayed by Morgane Housset. She is not having an easy time of it. The video is produced, directed and edited by Graham Gall for Jarbo Productions.
