Harmful If Swallowed has that old-school punk sound but the band takes it to a new level with their latest EP, Sleepless.
Their lead single off the five-song EP by the same name, shows the punk roots of this Los Angeles-based group comprised of Jay Pinfold on drums, Carlos Nieto III on bass and vocals and Greg Martin on guitar and lead vocals.
‘Sleepless’ For Good Reason
The song, “Sleepless” talks about an issue everyone can relate to: How do you convey what’s really going on inside your head to the people who matter or your significant other? Sometimes it’s not an easy feat and you can miss your 40 winks.
Harmful If Swallowed has been performing around the SoCal region, with a high-draw show last month at The Viper Room.
