BRAEVES is an indie-rock band that we are REALLY excited about. They’ve got a familiar-yet-refreshing sound and songwriting talent that is crystal clear from the first listen. They’ve just relocated from New York to Los Angeles and we’re excited to introduce them to the West Coast by premiering their new video for the excellent song “Silver Streets” below!

When given the opportunity to work with Brian Tice, we always take it. He has shot so many incredible photos and videos for us that when it came time to do our farewell NYC show, we had to film something with him. “Silver Streets” has been the song that when we play it live, our fans seems to show such genuine energy and love towards it. We knew we had to get a live take in there and make it into a music video of sorts. Through Brian’s unique and interesting way of shooting, he did such a great job capturing the feel of the crowd and the overall vibe of our fans that night. – Derek
The three of us recently made the decision to make the trip cross country from New York to LA. We’ve always wanted to be in a creative environment where we could live together and make music comfortably without the distractions of being in New York; LA just seemed to offer all of that. We now have the freedom and headspace to record our next single which we will be released in the coming months called “Bitter Sea” which will be produced by Raymond Richards (Local Natives) and a new record as well! Also, the idea of appealing to a whole new audience and fanbase is actually quite inspiring. Of course it will be challenging, but NY was not the easiest place in the world to find a niche. – Band
