Folktronic band Howard to play MidPoint Music Festival, stream new single “Fool”

unnamed

Following the release of their debut LP, Religion, Brooklyn-based folktronic band Howard have emerged as one of the better break out stories of 2015. Their previously Groundsounds featured single, “Money Can’t Buy,” has racked up nearly 4 million streams on Spotify despite no label or track sync push. This organic success speaks back to the inherent quality of Howard’s music as they continue towards the latter half of the year.

So, what’s next for the band? They’ll be playing MidPoint Music Festival this Friday alongside some big names like Purity Ring and RIDE, and then they’ll board a plane headed for their first European tour towards the end of October. Meanwhile, there’s promise of a new EP already on the horizon.

Keep an eye out for more from Howard here and stream their latest single, “Fool,” below.
