During a recent interview someone asked me who my favorite recording artists were. It brought me back to a conversation I had one night out on Pismo Beach. I was camping with my cousins, Uncle Mike, and my Uncle’s best friend Greg. I asked Uncle Mike if James Brown was his favorite artist. He said “Well, James Brown was always there for you.”
