Martin Courtney started this project in 2009 after leaving his fellow New Jersey band Titus Andronicus. The creative direction Courtney took in Real Estate’s psychedelic surf pop is a far cry from TA’s punk sound. Their new album Days is being released on October 18th. This feel good music is sure to provide good moods when trying to beat the heat this summer. Crack a beer and get to the beach, here is the first single “It’s Real“, try not to smile when listening.
