The Pitchfork Music Festival took place last weekend leading over fifty thousand hip youths en masse to Union Park in Chicago. This reporter was just a drop in the sea of unwashed masses and being that there was a regulation against cameras with detachable lenses (see: professional cameras) I figured the most ironic thing I could do was take my photos with my iphone….using instagram and hipstamatic. What resulted is a laymen’s account of a wonderful three day festival.
